- No heat: furnace/radiant boiler won't run or keeps shutting down
- Strong gas smell or suspected carbon monoxide: leave the home and call 911 first, then us
- Complete loss of hot water with no obvious cause
- AC failure during extreme heat with vulnerable occupants at home
