With Over 30 Years of Experience
We've been part of the Metro Vancouver home-comfort trade since 1994. What began as regional service work through Sears Home Services has grown into a full-service HVAC company, still local, still hands-on, and still built on doing the job properly.
Over three decades, we've worked in every kind of home this region has to offer, covering most of the Greater Vancouver area, from forced-air furnaces to radiant boiler systems. That breadth of experience means we recognize problems quickly, recommend what actually fits your home, and quote clearly before any work starts.
Today we're based in Coquitlam, centrally located to serve the Lower Mainland. The territory has grown, but the approach hasn't: certified technicians, straightforward pricing, and work you can count on year after year.

Service expands across Metro Vancouver: a single territory grows into regional coverage for heating maintenance and home-comfort work from the North Shore to Langley.
A central home base
Rooted in Coquitlam
A move to a central Coquitlam location makes it easier to reach customers across a territory that continues to grow, where the company remains based today.

Installation & replacement added
Furnace and radiant boiler sales and installation join the service lineup, so customers have one team for maintenance, upgrades, and replacements when the time comes.
