Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ahsbc.com and your relationship with Absolute Home Services ("we," "us," or "our") when you request or receive HVAC services in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia.

Services and quotes

Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins only after you approve the quote and any required deposits or scheduling arrangements are confirmed.

We reserve the right to revise a quote if conditions at the job site differ materially from what was assessed, or if you request changes to scope. We will explain any revision before proceeding.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to equipment and work areas at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the site or complete work due to conditions outside our control, we may reschedule and may charge a trip fee where disclosed in your quote or service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your invoice or quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs permitted by applicable law.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty, if offered on your invoice or quote, is limited to the scope and duration stated there. This website does not extend or modify any warranty unless expressly stated in writing on your service documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use site content for commercial republication without our written permission. We may update or discontinue site content at any time.

Third-party programs

References to rebate or incentive programs (such as Fortis BC programs) are for general information. Eligibility, amounts, and program rules are determined solely by the program administrator. We assist with applications where agreed but do not guarantee approval or payment of rebates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
